  • 1 tbspdesi ghee
  • 2-3cardamom
  • 3 tspsugar
  • 2 glassmilk
  • 1 tbspChopped almonds

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Collect all the required material

    Heat up besan in karai but roast on slow flam without ghee.

    When the aromatic of besan comes then add ghee and roast on slow flame.

    When roasted then add milk,sugar, ground cardamon and chopped almonds

    Cook for 5 minutes and serve hot
