Ingredients

  • 2 cupsoaked split green grams (Mung)
  • 1onion
  • 1 teaspooncumin
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • Salt as per the taste
  • 1 teaspoonchilli powder
  • 4-5cutted garlic
  • 1-2chopped green chilli
  • 1/2Termeric powder
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 1-1/2 cupgram flour (besan)
  • as neededOil to fry

    Make a paste of soaked dal
