Ingredients

  • 1 bowlurad dhuli dal
  • 1 pieceGinger
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 bowlcurd
  • 1/4 bowlsouth chutney
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 lemonLemon juice
  • As required Oil for greasing

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak dal for 4 hours.

  2. 2

    Strain it and grind it.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add grinded dal and lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Beat it with your hands.

  5. 5

    Now heat a pan and grease it with oil.

  6. 6

    Put mixture in each cavity.

  7. 7

    Cover it for 5 minutes on low flame.

  8. 8

    Cover it.

  9. 9

    After 5 minutes change the side.

  10. 10

    Again cover it and cook.

  11. 11

    Now take water in a big bowl full of water.

    Dip the bhalle in water.

  13. 13

    Now take the serving plate.

  14. 14

    Add the bhalle in it.

  15. 15

    Mix sugar in the curd.

  16. 16

    Pour curd on dahi bhalle.

  17. 17

    Add salt, lal mirch and roasted cumin powder.

    Add south chutney.
