Beat the chilled amul cream till thicken.Add sugar,hung curd and beat.

Now add mango pulp and beat or mix well.Transfer on mould and cover it.

Freeze it for 5 to 6 hours or till night.After that scoop it and just gobble gobble with your family in summer and mango season.

Garnish with pistachios...enjoy the fresh amul cream mango ice cream...just yummmmm
