Peeling the mangoes and cutting them. Now take a deep pan and add raw mangoes along with their seed. Take water and pour into the pan. Add sugar, salt, black salt, pepper, roasted cumin powder, chilli powder. Mix well and bring to boil.

Simmer and cover it for around 20 to 30 minutes. Next, take it off the flame and let it cool. After some time, you will find this thick raw mango syrup. Take a blender and add syrup and mint leaves to it. Your syrup is ready. You can store it in your fridge for around 2 weeks.

Whenver you feel like having a chilled glass of aam panna, take this syrup out of your fridge and pour some in a glass. Add ice and chilled water. Enjoy!
