Mango paratha recipe is a sweet paratha which has a mix of both sweet and spicy taste. The colour of paratha is very attractive that after seeing it kids love to it. Alphonso mangoes gives very good colour compare to other mangoes.

Mango paratha recipe is a sweet paratha which has a mix of both sweet and spicy taste. The colour of paratha is very attractive that after seeing it kids love to it. Alphonso mangoes gives very good colour compare to other mangoes.

In a mixing bowl add 1 cup wheat bowl to this add Alphonso mango purée and all the dry spices along with salt.

Mix well and then knead it to a soft non sticky dough. Keep it aside for 10 to 15 mins.

Now roll into 4 to 5 small balls.

Take one ball flatten it slightly with your palm and place it on the rolling board and roll to a small thick circle.

Fold them from both sides and then fold from other side and seal it completely.

Now roll it to a slightly thin paratha.

Now heat a tava place a pratha and drizzle ghee slightly on all the sides.

It will puff up nicely then turn over and cook on both sides until brown spots appear.

Likewise make all the parathas and serve with chutney, curd or sauce.
