Mini Aaloo Cubes

An easy peasy dish that can be done in just a matter of few minutes. Simple but delicious. This is a perfect side dish that goes well with plain boiled rice and dal tadka. It can be made with readily available pantry staples in our kitchens. As the name suggests, this is not only an easiest but yummiest one too without any hassles. You can make these cubes in a jiffy. Ideal for that early morning rush in every household on the busy working days. Or can be made leisurely for evening hours or can be a great side dish for mealtimes too. However for whatever reason you make them, they taste equally yum each time. You can even cut little big cubes, the recipe for which is already on my profile here, but these mini ones are one more variation of it.

Steps
- 1
Wash and peel Potatoes. Cut into small cubes and keep ready. Heat Oil on a medium high heat. After the oil is almost nearly ready, mix all the masalas in the Potato cubes. As soon as you mix everything well, deep fry them turning them in between at regular intervals on a high heat only.
- 2
Serve them sprinkled with Chat Masala as it is for Snacking or as a side dish too. Ideal for lunch boxes with Rice or Phulkas. Makes for a yummy after school snack. Can be used in Sandwiches, Wraps and Rolls. I usually make these for my kids Lunchtime. Chat Masala is optional. These taste just as yum on their own.

Note : Mix all the spices only after the Oil gets heated. Fry them immediately without waiting because otherwise Potatoes will start leaving water and the spices will not coat them well. It is an important tip.
