Stuffed egg bonda

Deshell hard boiled eggs and cut it into four equal quaters. Keep aside.

Now for stuffing: mix all the ingredients of stuffing section and keep aside.

For batter: In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and make a smooth batter. Beat couple of times to make bonda fluffy. Keep aside.

Finally take a small portion of the mixture in your palm and stuff a quarter egg to the mixture. Roll it and cover the egg with mixture from all sides. Repeat the process with other quarters. Now heat oil in a wok. When oil is sufficiently heated. Dip a prepared quarter to the batter and finally to the oil.

Don't touch the bonda for few minutes afterwards gently flip the sides of the bonda and fry on medium flame till golden.

Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve immediately with imli chutney.
