Remove the bread sides from all the bread pieces.

Mash the middle portion of the bread pieces so obtained and knead a dough with the help of milk. Try to beat the dough as much as possible (this will reduce the chances of lumps in the middle of finally served rasgulla).

Try making a rasgulla (there should not be any cracks in the rasgulla, if cracks are present, you may need to add little milk to make the dough softer) and if its perfect, make all the rasgullas with the remaining dough.

Make 1 string sugar syrup with water and sugar.

Now, take ghee in kadai and deep fry all the rasgullas.

Put all the rasgullas in the sugar syrup and add cardamom powder in the syrup and let it sit for half-an-hour.

Serve.
