Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupall purpose flour
  • 3/4 cupjogoo maize flour
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 2eggs
  • Vanilla essences
  • 1 tbspnbaking powder
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve all purpose flour and baking powder

  2. 2

    In a different bowl. Mix eggs and sugar till fluffy about 5 minutes of so.

  3. 3

    Add milk and oil. Give it a quick mix.

  4. 4

    Add four, both. Bring to fold till.

  5. 5

    Bake In preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. ENJOY
