In a pan boil the milk till it become half of the milk. Keep aside

In a kadai. Heat 2 tbsp ghee and fry carrots for 5 minutes. Once it is done. Keep aside. Cool for 15 minutes. Drain the cashew nuts and keep the milk aside. Grind carrot with soak cashew nuts coarsely.

Add the prepared paste. sugar and the milk (in which the cashew nuts are soaked). Mix...well. Add the carrot and cashew nuts milk to the milk. Mix...well

Transfer the kheer to the non stick kadai and boil till it become thick in consistency. Once it is done

Transfer to a serving bowl Garnish with raisins and fried cashew nuts. Ready to serve....cool carrot and cashew nuts kheer....enjoy
