Steps

Take 1 cup oats in a mixer and grind to a fine powder.

Take the grind oats in a bowl add 4 tablespoons besan.

Now add all the chopped veggies, half tablespoon salt, garam masala, Red chilli powder, black pepper, Chopped green chilli.Add half cup of water mix well and make a batter.

Heat a pan on a low flame.spread a bit of oil on the pan. Then take a ladle full of the batter and pour on the pan. Spread lightly and gently so that the chilla does not break.

On a low to medium flame cook the oats chilla till it get golden brown from bottom then flip the chilla to cook it from other side.

Fold and serve hot with any chutney.
