Tutti frutti itself is so attractive and tempting not only kids but everyone loves them. A the yummy combination comes out of the oven when you bake muffins with these colorful sweeties.

Steps

First, preheat the oven at 180°c for min 10-15 mins. And line the muffin tray.

Sieve the dry ingredients in a bowl i.e. flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Mix gently and set aside.

In another bowl add sugar, oil, water and vanilla extract and mix well until emulsified.

Whip the curd up till smooth, add vinegar mix a bit and keep aside.

Gradually add the sugar mixture to dry ingredients with cut and fold method.

At last, add the curd and vinegar mixture.

Once batter is smooth and lump free.. fold in the tutti frutti. fill the muffin cups 3/4 th and tap on the surface to release air bubbles.

Bake for 12-15 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
