Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions.

Add in the ginger garlic paste stir and let cook for minute

Add in the potatoes and toss. let cook for 5 minutes when covered. toss/stir again.

Add in the tomatoes and let cook to a paste. season.

Add in the rest of the vegetables, cover and let cook for 5 more minutes. Add the rest of the spices.

Add a cup of water and reduce to simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy
