Take all the dry ingredients of the outer layer and mix well. Pour water gradually to make a paste. It should be in dripping consistancy.

Take potatoes in a bowl and mix all masala. Mess it well. Cut cheese cubes into 4. If you have slices, make balls as you want. Take a small part of potato filling flatten it and place a cheese cube. Now make a ball of it.

Repeat the same for remaining. Dip the balls into besan mixture and coat well. Heat oil in a kadhai and drop these besan coated balls into oil and fry until golden brown.

Cheese potato bonda is ready to serve. Serve hot with tamarind chutney and sauce. Kids will definitely love this.
