Giant Strudel Cookies
Soft gooey cookies, made extra large.
Steps

Using a whisk, mix together the softened butter and sugars. Add the egg and whisk for about 15 seconds.

Sieve in the flour and add salt and cinnamon. Mix with a spoon.

By hand, mix in the apple sauce and raisins. If the mix is very wet and sticky, add a little more flour. Separate out into 10 balls of mix.

Dip the balls into a mix of brown sugar and cinnamon before placing on the baking tray.

Bake at 180 degrees for 11min, or until golden.

Allow to cool for at least 10min and enjoy.
