Ingredients

  • 2 cupsdosa batter
  • Handfulpalak leaves
  • 1-2green chillies
  • 5-6garlic cloves
  • 1 tbspncoriander leaves
  • 1-2 tspcumin
  • 1big onion chopped
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind palak, chilli, garlic, coriander to smooth paste

    Add the palak mixture to batter. Add cumin, onion slar and mix well

    Pour in greased appe pan and cook 2-3 mins on low to med flame and flip over after 2-3 mins.

    Ready to serve.
