Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsfresh thick curd
  2. 3 tbspsugar, powdered
  3. 1/4 cupice cold water
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonrose water
  6. 1 cupice cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Take 2 cups of curd in a large jug and whisk till the curd turns smooth.

    Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, rose water and ice cold water to adjust the consistency.

    Whisk again till a frothy layer is formed.
