Soak the dal rice for four to five hours. Then grind them in the mixer right there and then for 8 hours for formeting.

Heat the pan, add oil to it. Add cumin mustard seeds. Add onion, and turmeric salt. Add green chilli. Then boiled potatoes, mashed and then garnished with green coriander and keep it on the side.

Add salt to the dosa batter, mix well.Heat the dosa tava, spread the dosa batter with the help of a bowl.Spread potato masala on the dosa.

Spread sprouts as well.roll dosa after crispy. Then cut in pieces. Now transfer to plate and garnish with sev sprouts and coriander leaves tomato ketchup. Enjoy hot.
