Make a thick consistent batter by mixing all the ingredients and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Grease a pan or tawa with a few drops of oil. Heat it until it’s hot. Pour a ladle full of batter on the Center of the pan and spread it evenly in a circular shape. Cover it and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Turn it on the other side and cook without cover for another 3-4 minutes. Remove it once cooked on both sides and serve it with coriander chutney.
