Cooking Instructions

Whisk butter with sugar together in a bowl until creamy and fluffy. Add vanillaand continue to mix together.

Add sieved flour and baking powder then continue mixing to form a thick dough. Wrap the dough in a cling film for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough to form a square of half inch thickness. Cut the dough into the shape and size of short bread you desire. Pierce with a fork so that it will cook evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 min.

Let it cool then serve with your preffered drink.
