At first peel the beetroot and crush it.

Then take a pan on gas on the flame add ghee when ghee will become hot then add beetroot crush and mix it well on high flame for 10 min then low the flame and mix it uptill ghee will separate then add some cardimom powder.

Then add milk as required mix it uptill all the milk will absorb by beetroot crush the colour af beetroot will slightly change.

Then add half bowl sugar and mix it well uptill sugar will disslove properly.Then add coconut crush and mix it.Then the mixture of barffi will become thick then off the flame.

Then grease the plate with 1 spoon of ghee add all the beetroot batter in the plate and spread it notice that the thickness of coconut beetroot batter will be medium.dont spread it in thin layer.And add some coconut crush all over the batter.

Then put for 1 or 2 to set the batter.Then after that cut it into any shape.finally coconut beetroot barfii is ready.You can also decorate it with cherry.
