Easy, quick and healthy breakfast. Perfect recipe for stealing some time from tight morning schedule.

In a large mixing bowl add salt an besan. Gradually add water and make a lumps free paste. Now add all vegetables and dry spices powder and mix well. Adjust consistency, it should be flowing.

Heat a tawa, grease with oil. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread with ladle's back evenly. Cook on medium heat till upper layer looks cooked.Flip it and spread some oil cook for few minutes.

Vegetable chila is ready to serve. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
