Ingredients

  • 1 cupFlour
  • 1Egg
  • 1/2 tspBaking powder
  • Milk 3/4 cup (add 2tbsp vinegar in the milk)
  • 5 tbspPowder sugar
  • 1/4 tspVanilla essence
  • 2 tbspMelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix well and make a mixture with no lumps

  2. 2

    Using non stick fry pan,pour 1/4 cup of this batter for each pancake.

  3. 3

    Flip when bubbles rise on surface.

  4. 4

    Now,decorate your pancakes with strawberries or any syrup you like
