Ingredients

  1. 3 cflour
  2. 2/3 csugar
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 1 tspbaking soda
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 craisins
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1 1/4 cbuttermilk
  9. 2 tbspmelted butter

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

    Mix well and add raisins.

  4. 4

    Beat eggs and buttermilk in a smaller bowl and add to dry ingredients.

  5. 5

    Stir until just moistened.

  6. 6

    Put into a greased layer cake pan or pie pan.

  7. 7

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and it's yummy by itself or with butter!
