2 persons

1 cupself raising flour
1/4 cupsugar
1egg
1/2 (1 cup)margarine
Pinchsalt(optional)
Any essence of your choice
1/2 (1 cup)milk

Mix the margarine and sugar

Add the egg then milk and essence then add flour
3

Whip until the mixture is smooth
4

Heat your sandwitch maker and pour the mixture in the heated plates and remove when ready. Repeat the procedure until all the batter is finished.
5

Serve with tea and enjoy
