Besan,Maida,baking powder,soda,salt or zeera ko mix kar ke pani add kar ke paste bana lain. Thori thick paste rakhain.

Ab kisi moty holes wali channi sy garam oil me pholkiyan daalain or fry kar ke neem garam pani me daalty jain.

Dahi me chat masala salt or sugar mix karain. Sb vegetable cut kar lain or pholkiyan pani sy daba ke nikal ke vegetables me add karain.

Dahi sb sy last me add karain. Or mix kar lain. Ap chahiyn to white boiled channy bhi add kar sakty hain.
