Besan Pakoda

Take besan in a bowl and add all spices with salt and soda bicarb.

Add some water and make a semi thick batter.Leave for 5 minutes.

Slice potatoes.

Heat oil in a kadahi,dip potatoes slices one by one in besan.Deep fry till golden.

Pakode are ready to serve.Serve with a chutney or a sauce of your choice.
