Soak Dal for 2-hrs. Grind soaked dal,chilli, ginger, garlic, salt, asafoetida, shania seeds, saunf & little water if needed into fine suji type little thick batter in mixer grinder.

Prepare stuffing by mixing chopped onion, capsicum, grated paneer, cheese and adding chilli flakes, herbs& salt as per taste in a bowl and keep ready.

Heat nonstick Dosa tava add batter in center and spread gently on slow flame, pour ghee on outrer side of Dosa.

Spread stuffing all over Dosa, and cook till golden brown and crispy. Start rolling Dosa gently.

Take in a plate and cut rolled Dosa with the knife or pizza cutter. Serve hot Healthy, very Tasty Moong Dal Dosa in a plate garnish with tomato ketchup.
