I had some ripe pisang raja bananas in the kitchen that hadn't been used yet and were very ripe. If I didn't use them soon, they might go to waste. Initially, I planned to make Pisang Aroma, but when I saw the honey, I got the idea to make Bu Nanik's version🍌

Mix all the dry ingredients, coconut milk, and add enough water to make a thick batter. Prepare the honey dip.

Peel and slice the bananas, then coat them with the batter. Fry in hot oil.

Once the bananas are golden, remove them and dip them in the honey-water mixture. Turn them over and fry again.

Fry the dipped bananas until they are brown.

Ready to serve as a companion for tea or coffee🍌
