  3. 6 cupbalai

Steps

  1. 1

    On very slow flame the balai is placed it takes 3 to 4 hours jab ghee ban na start hota hai at that point add ata and keep stirring it after a min or Soo

  2. 2

    When all the ghee is extracted and ata bhun jae tu strain ghee frm the leftover and add cheni in it and mix it untill sugr dissolve in it all should be done on a very low flame......tadaaaa wisannan is ready
