Cooking Instructions

Heat water in a kadai. While start chopping veggies grease the hands with coconut, so that I won't cause itchiness. Remove the outer layer. Cut into small square shapes. Add in water with salt and turmeric powder. Cook until soft. Once done. Strain. In a bowl and keep aside

Add ginger garlic paste with fish fry and garam masala as mentioned in ingredients

Add salt with corn flour, rice flour and besan flour. Sprinkle some water and mix well

Marinate it for half an hour. Heat a tawa. Sprinkle some oil. Place the Veggies and roast well. Yummy yam roast is done
