Ingredients

  • 100 gramsSoya keema
  • 1boiled potato
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 2chopped onions
  • Aa neededChopped coriander leavea
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tspGrated ginger
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 3 tspcorn flour or besan
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • Few drops of kewda and kesar assence(3 or 4 drops)
  • 2 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients nicely.

  2. 2

    Give the shape of kebabs.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil or ghee on the pan and fry the kebabs.

  4. 4

    Serve with onions and lemon juice.
