Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida(all-purpose flour)
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1pouch eno
  • 2 tspdesi ghee
  • As neededghee for fry
  • For sugar syrup
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 pinchfood colour
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add flour, eno, desi ghee and mix it.

  2. 2

    Now make the jalebi batter with the help of water.

  3. 3

    Take a sauce pan add water, sugar, food colour and make the sugar syrup.

  4. 4

    Take a sauce bottle and add batter in it.

  5. 5

    Heat the ghee and make the jalebi with the help of sauce pan.

  6. 6

    After the jalebi is fried, add it in the sugar syrup for 30-40 seconds.

  7. 7

    Jalebi is ready for serve
