Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kglauki cut in cubes
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspred chilli power
  4. 1 tspzeera
  5. 1 cupchopped onions
  6. 2tomato chopped
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric power
  8. 2green chilli
  9. 1 pieceginger
  10. A fewmint leaves
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  12. 1/4 cupoil

    Take a pan add oil, onions stir it then add wash, cubes lauki stir it well.

    Now add tomato and spices mix it well than add 1 cup water cover it on low flame until it becomes tender.

    Now check the lauki if it is cook then serve in bowl.

    Add green chilli, garam masala and green coriander leaves seve it with chapati.
