Ingredients

serving for two
  • Chicken pieces or beef
  • Ginger, garlic paste
  • Blackpepper/cuminpowder/chicken masala
  • Tomato blended and 2 tbsp ukwaju puree
  • Onions, and fresh spring onions
  • Marinate the meat in ginger, garlic paste,
  • Blackpepper and chicken masala and 2tbsp ukwaju

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions, add ginger garlic paste till just cooked

  2. 2

    Add tomato blended, till cooked into a nice paste

  3. 3

    Add your marinate, stir and add a cup or less of water cover(if need be),add salt to taste let it cook.

  4. 4

    After a few minutes your meat should be cooked, check if cooked serve hot with fresh spring onions or dhania enjoy
