  • 1 cup leftover masala Daliya
  • 1/2 cupbesan/gram flour
  • 1big onion finely chopped
  • 1 tspsaunf(fennel seeds)
  • 1 tsp white sesame
  • 1red chilli fresh chopped
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tbsphot oil
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • as neededOil
  • as neededWater

  1. 1

    Mix besan leftover masala Daliya, chopped onion, chilli,salt, asafoetida,saunf, sesame and little water if needed to prepare pakoda batter in a bowl.

    Heat oil and drop small sized pakoda in oil one by one and fry all the pakoda on medium flame till crispy.

    Serve hot, spicy, Tasty Tasty Besan Pakoda in a plate and garnish with Fresh red chilli.
