Ingredients

  1. 7-8Bread
  2. Mawa stuffing
  3. 1 cupmilk powder
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1/2 cup whipping cream
  6. Liquid malai
  7. 2 cupsmilk powder
  8. 1 cupwhipped cream

Cooking Instructions

    If whipped cream have sugar already it is not necessary to put extra sugar. And put it in a pan and mix throughly avoid from forming lumps.

    And when well mixed out it on stove and stir continously on very medium flame. Slowly it will get thicker, be very careful not to stick bottom of the pan.

    Shur be Little soft as it gets hard when it gets cool. So it shud be little soft and remove from stove and add nuts chopped and elaichi powder and mix it...and keep it to be cool at room temperature....

    2 cups of milk and mix it well and put it in stove. And stir it continously when it is little thicker remove from stove.

    Make the bread ready by rolling it. Now add the mawa inside the bread and roll it by adding water at edge and roll it properly...

    And put in dish and pour the liquid on the roll....(milk need to be hot while u pour over roll)
