Marinate the meat for about 30mins.

Cook rice.

Mix the bibimbap sauce ingredients in a bowl. Prepare more if you like the sauce.

Add some cooking oil and 1/4 tsp of salt to cook the cabbage, carrots, cucumber, shiitake mushroom.

Add some cooking oil and cook meat.

Put the rice into a bowl and add the meat, vegetables, seasoned seaweed, bibimbap sauce and egg on top of the rice.

Add some cooking oil and make sunny side up. The eggs are overcooked. 😭 Tips: do this step at the last before eating and the egg yolk half cooked to mix with rice.

Mix the ingredients well in the bowl and enjoy!
