Ingredients

2 servings
  • Meat
  • 100 gmeat
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/4 tspminced garlic
  • Some white/black pepper powder
  • Vegetables
  • 30 gshiitake mushroom
  • 30 gcarrots, shredded
  • 30 gcabbage, shredded
  • 30 gcucumber, shredded
  • 1/4 tspsalt each when cooking vege
  • Some cooking oil
  • 2serving portions of steamed rice
  • 2eggs sunny side up
  • 8 piecesKorean seasoned seaweed, shredded
  • Bibimbap sauce
  • 2 tbspred chilli paste
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspsesame oil
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tspapple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the meat for about 30mins.

  2. 2

    Cook rice.

    Mix the bibimbap sauce ingredients in a bowl. Prepare more if you like the sauce.

  4. 4

    Add some cooking oil and 1/4 tsp of salt to cook the cabbage, carrots, cucumber, shiitake mushroom.

    Add some cooking oil and cook meat.

  6. 6

    Put the rice into a bowl and add the meat, vegetables, seasoned seaweed, bibimbap sauce and egg on top of the rice.

    Add some cooking oil and make sunny side up. The eggs are overcooked. 😭 Tips: do this step at the last before eating and the egg yolk half cooked to mix with rice.

    Mix the ingredients well in the bowl and enjoy!
