In a bowl, add leftover rice, chilli powder, turmeric powder, hing powder, garam masala powder, cumin and salt.

Then add the onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mint.

Then add the gram flour and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan, then roll the batter to small bowls and put in oil and fry until well golden.

Tasty Leftover Rice balls ready.
