Ingredients

  1. 1/2preboiled meat
  2. 2 cupsrice
  3. 1 tspbiryani
  4. 1 tspgaram masala
  5. 8medium sized onions sliced
  6. 1 tspgrated ginger
  7. 1 tspgrated garlic
  8. 250 mlplain yoghurt
  9. 3medium sized blended tomatoes n 1 tbsp tomato paste
  10. 1 tsppaprika powder
  11. Cooking oil or butter or coconut oil
  12. Egg yellow food colour
  13. 1lemon juice squeezed
  14. 5medium potatoes peeled n soaked in water mixed with food col

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix preboiled meat with a bit of onion,paprika,biryani masala, garam masala, yoghurt, garlic n ginge,2tbsp of oil n keep in a fridge overnight or for six hours.

    Put oil in a pan,let it heat,fry your onions until golden brown.

  3. 3

    In the same oil, fry your potatoes until cripsy

  4. 4

    Preboil your rice in low heat

  5. 5

    In a pan,put your marinated mixture n let it cook,add your tomato puree,potatoes n fried onions.Let it cook until oil starts separating itself from yoghurt.

  6. 6

    In a pan,put little oil,let it heat,add some rice,then follow with biryani then rice on top.

  7. 7

    Mix food colour n with some oil then pour on the biryani.Cover it n let it cook under low heat for 5minutes.

  8. 8

    After 5 minutes,open and slowly mix them.Enjoy.
