Wash and pat dry the chillies. Cut them into 1/2inch pieces

Dry roast all the masalas except salt and turmeric powder just for 2 minutes to evaporate the moisture in the masalas.

Grind coarsely the masala and add it to chopped chillies. Add salt and mix it well

Heat oil and let the oil cool downs. After cooling add oil to chillies. Mix it well. Achar is ready to serve. It tastes more tastier after 2 days
