Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 300 gegg whites
  2. 600 gsugar of choice
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. Pinchtarter
  5. Flavours of choice
  6. 3Colours of choice
  7. Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Line 3 baking trays with baking paper. Preheat oven to 110 degrees Celcius.

    Use lemon juice and a paper towel to wipe down a stainless steel or glass bowl.

  3. 3

    Add egg whites, cream of tarter and salt together in the ckean bowl. Whip the eggs to stiff peaks. Add the sugar one spoonful at a time while whisking.

    Divide in three. Colour and flavour as needed.

    Pipe in desired shapes on prepared sheets.

  6. 6

    Lower oven to 100 degrees Celcius. Bake for 1 to 2 hours depending on taste.
