Ingredients

4-5 people
  1. 2-3 tablespoonsmaida
  2. 2 tablespoonssuji
  3. 2-3 tablespoonsfresh malai
  4. 1 cupmango pulp
  5. 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoonmilk
  7. 1 cupsugar
  8. 1/2 cupwater
  9. As requiredChopped dry fruits for garnish
  10. 1/2 cupghee for shallow frying

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take maida, semolina, malai, cardamom powder, mango pulp, milk and mix well making sure there are no lumps in the batter is of smooth pouring consistency.cover and rest for 30 minutes.

    Heat 1/2 cup ghee in a pan for shallow frying. Take a ladle full of batter pour the batter into hot ghee to make a round shape like a pancake but of smaller radius. Fry both sides till golden brown. Dunk in sugar syrup. Let it soak for 10 minutes and then take it out.

    Serve with rabri and garnished with chopped dry fruits.
