Steps

Wash and soak all dosa ingredients for 5hours and grind it ferment for 9hours or overnight.

Add salt to batter.heat dosa tava apply oil spread it and pour dosa batter and spread it.

After few seconds apply ghee over dosa and cook till crisp golden.
- 4
Take out ghee rosted dosa and serve with chetney,sambar and bhaji.
