Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Pesto sauce
  2. 100 gmbasil
  3. 10roasted almonds
  4. 3 tbspolive oil
  5. 2 tbsplemon juice
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  8. As neededParmesan cheese/ amul processed cheese
  9. 5garlic cloves
  10. To tasteSalt
  11. Pasta
  12. 1 packetany pasta
  13. 1/2 cupBell peppers
  14. 1/4 cupCherry tomatoes
  15. 1 tbspbutter
  16. 2 tbspolive oil
  17. to tasteSalt and black pepper Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixer add all the ingredients for pesto sauce and blend it well to make into a paste consistency add some water.

  2. 2

    Fill a saucepan with water, add some salt and 1tsp olive oil and let it boil. Once there are bubbles add pasta and cook until Al dente.

  3. 3

    In a pan add 1tbsp olive oil and some butter and heat it. Add the bell pepper and stir with some salt and pepper. Cook until it softens a bit.

  4. 4

    Remove a cup of pasta water and strain the pasta. Add the pasta in the pan and add the pesto sauce. Stir well.

  5. 5

    Add some pasta water and let it sit for 5min until you add some grated cheese. Add some lemon juice at the end and serve hot.
