  • 1 bowlsuji
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1potato chopped
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • as neededwater
  • As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add suji,onion,potato,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,water and mix well and make the thin better.

    Now heat the pan and apply oil.

    Spread the better and cook it from both side.

    Handa is ready.
