For preparing Green chuntey, mix all items in mixer and add required amount of water.

For preparing stuffing, first pressure cook the potatoes for 4 to 5 whistles, then take a pan, add 2 tsp of butter. Then fry mustard seeds, curry leaves. As the curry leaves are fried, add chopped onion in it.

As the onion becomes brown, add masala in it. Then stir well.

Then add capsicums in it, and then add mashed potatoes in it and stir well. Then turn off the stove by sprinkle some coriander leaves in itt.

For assembling the sandwich, take a bread slice and apply green chutney over the slice.

Then add potato stuffing in it, spinkle some salt and pepper over it and close it by other slice.

Then take a grill pan, apply some butter and fry the sandwich slices.

As one turn been fried, then turn the bread slice on other side. As both sides are fried serve it hot with tomato sauce 😋👌
