  • 1/2 kgunripe bananas
  • 1onion
  • 1 tbspturmeric
  • Enough cooking oil
  • to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your bananas and wash them. Allow them to drain excess water

  2. 2

    Fry your onions then add turmeric. Add the bananas and bring to boil until soft. Serve while still hot with any stew
